The magic of analog film photography
Analog photography has a unique charme that can’t be replied from digital camera. Unpredictability plays a big game in rendering tones and color in a magic and un-replicable way, giving to the photographs the mood of a painting, far from the perfection of modern digital way of seeing.

The process of film photography
The shooting can be done with different kind of cameras that space between half frame to medium format. Depending on how we will imagine our shoot, location and moot we will wish to reach, we can pick cameras from a range of Olympus pen Half-frame cameras to a full setup of Nikon Fm with his legendary lenses, that in these decades have been completed to let me reach the mood I desire, until the magic mood of the Rolleiflex camera, for breathtaking shots you will never forget…
The picture will be scanned in my studio with a personal setup that will respect tone and chosen film rendition, including black and white, that I develop and print in my loved darkroom in the heart of Milan, where I can realize handmade darkroom prints or pigment prints dedicated to color photography.
All my fine-art printing services are done personally to get the control that I need to keep the results to the level I want to reach…
The final part
100% of the attention is dedicated to the final part: the print.
Even if today’s photography world is ruled by online galleries, nothing beats a good physical print, realised by hand on the right paper and with the right attention…a screen is a screen, but these are beautiful objects that you will treasure for many generations that will come after a careful selection of what stands over as a precious memory.
I run a public darkroom and printing space in Milan and I will dedicate to this side all the time and care it deserves.
